PARKING

Penn Park parking lot or metered street parking

FROM PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

SEPTA Airport Express Train: Airport Express Train leaves every half hour, and will take you to University City Station on the Penn Campus. The fare is $7.00 and the ride takes 15 minutes. The University City Station is right next to Franklin Field and Penn Park.

Uber or Taxi: A metered taxicab costs about $30 and the ride takes about 15 minutes.

FROM 30th STREET STATION - a one mile or 15 min walk from campus. A metered cab is about $8 including tip and the ride takes approximately 5 min.

4:30 – 6:00 Event Session II
Hurdles, Long Jump, Discus, Middle Distance
6:00 – 6:15 Clinic Wrap-up and Parent Pick-up
Summer Clinic Schedule
9:30 – 10:00 Registration and Check-in
10:00 – 11:30 Event Session I
Sprints I, High Jump, Shot Put, Javelin, Distance
11:30 – 12:30 Lunch (Provided by Camp)
12:30 – 1:30 Lecture
- Strength training for speed and power
- Developing as middle distance/distance runner
1:30 – 3:00 Event Session II
Sprints II, Hurdles, Long Jump, Discus, Middle Distance
3:00 – 3:15 Snack and Transition Time
3:15 – 3:30 Clinic Closing Remarks and Parent Pick-up
3:30 – 4:30 College Coaches Question and Answer Session (optional)
